  • 4 cod fillets of 100 g each
  • 600 g carrots
  • QS of ginger
  • 2 oranges
  • A few sprigs of parsley
  • Salt and pepper 
  • + 4 sheets of baking paper

Preparation of the recipe

Step 1

Peel, rinse, cut the carrots into thin slices. Rinse, dry, chop the parsley.

2nd step

Rinse the oranges under cold water, rubbing their rind. Cut them into slices.

Step 3

Divide the carrots among the papillotes. Add parsley and a cod fillet cut in 2 in each foil, as well as orange slices and ginger. Salt and pepper. Bake for 20 minutes at 200 ° C.


Replace the orange slices with lemon slices which promote bile production.
